The Swede-O Deluxe Night Splint is designed to help relieve pain and discomfort associated with plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis. This product positions the foot at a consistent 90 degree angle. Placing the ankle in a neutral position overnight passively stretches the calf, Achilles tendon, and plantar fascia to help alleviate morning heel pain and discomfort. This gentle stretch helps reduce muscle contracture, inflammation, and associated pain. Use the removable foam wedge insert for an additional 5 degree stretch. The soft padded cover is comfortable against the skin and helps increase patient compliance. The splint's bilateral design fits the right or left foot.
