Due to COVID-19 and supply chain issues, ALL products are in high demand and in short supply: Especially nutritional, mobility and respiratory items.

Economy Shipping

$6.99 flat rate on most orders. For overweight/oversized/freight exception item(s), the flat rate shipping charge does not apply. These items are usually stated in the product description. We ship items that are in stock from the warehouse closest to you.

The delivery date is based off our shipping carriers product availability and may occasionally be delivered outside the time frame. All ground shipments are estimated and not guaranteed. We do our best to ensure your package is delivered on time or before the estimated time of arrival.

Expedited shipping

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Special order items

Due to the nature of some of the products offered on our website (i.e. custom wheelchairs), we may require clarification on the specifications prior to shipping out your order.

Special order items also require additional shipping time as these items are usually not stocked at our warehouses and require approximately 15-30 business days (or more depending on the product) for items to be received at our warehouse before it ships out. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

VENDOR DROPSHIP: These items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Processing Time

Orders are processed as soon as they are received and usually shipped same day if ordered by 12:00 pm (CST) and the item is in stock. Orders begin the fulfillment process immediately and cannot be cancelled or changed by our customer care representatives or our warehouse as we strive to ship as fast as possible. Your credit card is charged at the time of the order.

We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will ship on the next business day.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii and Freight Fowarder:
Please contact us prior to placing your order to see if we can accommodate your shipping needs. Product promotions such as free shipping does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii orders.

Order Cancellation Requests strives to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Orders are processed immediately and we are unable to change or cancel an order once you checkout. Cancellation requests after an order is processed is subject to our return policy.

Your credit card is charged at the time of the order. If orders were paid for by credit card, debit card, or PayPal there may be a non-recoverable 5% processing fee that is assessed by the credit card company for transactions that have been processed.

Tracking My Order

Tracking numbers are emailed usually after 8:00 p.m. the day the order was received to the email address on file. Please contact us at if you did not receive your tracking number.

In the event that any item(s) in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship item(s) that are in stock and ship the balance when it becomes available. There will be no additional shipping charges.

Incorrect Address / Address Changes reserves the right to charge an additional $18.50 shipping fee, whether because you originally submitted an incorrect address when you placed your order with the us or otherwise. The shipping carrier charges us this fee and we pass this charge on to the customer. This occurs rarely and we will always attempt to contact the customer first before we ship the package if the address looks questionable. Accordingly, please be sure and review the shipping information you submit very closely to ensure it is accurate.

Undeliverable, Refused Packages or Returned to Sender

Incorrect address that results in the order being lost/undeliverable, we cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address such that the package is shipped to another person/address and cannot be recovered. We will have to charge you the full order price again if you want the order shipped to the correct address. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are out of our control.

If an order has been returned to our warehouse, you will be credited according to our Return Policy minus any fees associated. If this is our error, we will pay for reshipping. We are not responsible for any carrier delays.

If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original payment form according to our Return Policy. Actual shipping charge will apply if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.

Recycling and packaging

We are concerned about the environment and whenever possible, we re-use shipping materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, envelopes, etc. This helps protect the environment and keeps shipping costs down.
