ANTIMICROBIAL HYDROGEL
Puracyn Plus Antimicrobial Hydrogel is designed to adhere to the wound, allowing the advanced hypochlorous technology to penetrate the wound bed to add and maintain moisture balance. Puracyn Plus Antimicrobial Hydrogel has an expansive safety profile and works in tandem with the Wound Irrigation Solution for a powerful combination for wound care.
Puracyn Plus Antimicrobial Hydrogel is indicated to moisten the wound bed and facilitate autolytic debridement as well as relieve itch and pain associated with dermal lesions.
APPLICATION RECOMMENDATIONS
- Shake bottle well before use
- Cleanse the wound bed with Wound Irrigation Solution prior to application
- Apply Puracyn Plus Antimicrobial Hydrogel to the wound bed
- In some cases, a wound filler may be used to fill the cavity
- Cover wound with appropriate wound dressing

IndicationsPuracyn Plus Antimicrobial Wound and Skin Hydrogel is intended for OTC use to relieve itch and pain from minor skin irritations, minor cuts, exit sites, minor lacerations, minor abrasions and minor burns, including sunburns. Hydrogel is also intended to moisten and lubricate absorbent wound dressings and moisten the wound bed. A moist wound and skin environment facilitates autolytic debridement and is beneficial to wound management and the healing process.
Directions For UseShake well before use. Liberally apply Puracyn Plus Antimicrobial Hydrogel to the affected area. If required, dressings can be applied. re-apply Hydrogel 2-3 times daily or as needed to ensure adequate moisture balance. Safe for application around mouth, nosers, and eyes. For best results, use first clean affected area with Puracyn Plus Wound and Skin Cleanser to ensure deep dermal cleansing and proper wound bed preparation.
