The letter at the end of the model number indicates the color of the rollator. For example: RJ4400K is black.

Special sales notes:

** FITS ONLY ROLLATORS THAT HAVE A SERIAL # BEGINNING WITH "M".

The lot number on the rollator (serial number) will look something like this: MRQ000M11111. There should be a sticker on the bar where the seat is that has serial number in it.

• Hygiene-related products, including but not limited to undergarments, stockings/hose, ostomy/urostomy products, hernia belts, impotence pumps and parts, pessaries, pads, compression stockings/sleeves, hand sanitizers, wipes, toilet paper
• RESPIRATORY PRODUCTS. Due to Covid-19, all respiratory products are non-returnable.
• Products that are not in resalable condition
• Final sale or clearance items / Special order items
• Skin salves, ointments, creams, gels, lotions and wound care (bandages, dressings, etc)
• All IV/Blood collection, needles and syringes, feeding tubes and accessories, etc.
