Nutricia North America PhenylAde GMP ULTRA, 33.4g Pouch, Vanilla Flavor
A low-phenylalanine, powdered formula containing glycomacropeptide (GMP) for the dietary management of phenylketonuria (PKU) for children, teens and adults.
A low-phenylalanine, powdered medical food containing a balanced mix of glycomacropeptide (GMP), essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals and trace elements as well as small amounts of carbohydrate and fat.
- GMP-based formulas are known for their mild taste and may aid in feelings of fullness.
- Fewer calories per gram of protein to help teens and adults with added diet flexibility and body weight management.
- One 20 g PE pouch mixes with just 6 fl oz to help in meeting daily protein intake in lower volume and fewer total servings.
- Provides a complete blend of vitamins and minerals, with high levels of calcium and vitamin D per pouch to help support strong bones and teeth.
- Suitable for individuals over 3 years of age and must be used under medical supervision.
PhenylAde GMP ULTRA is a lower calorie formula option and contains over 50% fewer calories than PhenylAde Essential, PhenylAde GMP Drink Mix or PhenylAde GMP READY.
Directions for Use:
- Simply add 1 pouch (33.4 g) to approx. 6 fl oz (180 mL) of water. Dilution may be adjusted to taste.
- . Cover with a tight-fitting lid and shake until fully blended.
- . Enjoy immediately or store formula in a refrigerator for no more than 24 hours from time of preparation. Shake or stir prepared formula again before use.
Do not heat, bake or add to food or beverages above 130°F.
Storage:
Store unopened pouches at room temperature away from sunlight. Avoid extreme temperatures. Once opened, entire contents of pouch should be used immediately.
Important Notice:
Must only be used under medical supervision. For oral or tube feeding. Not for parenteral use. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Only suitable for individuals over 3 years of age with proven phenylketonuria (PKU). Not suitable for individuals with a milk allergy.
