Product Description
Smith & Nephew Duramax S Super Absorbent Dressing, 4" x 4".
- Duramax S non-occlusive super-absorbent dressing allows for a moist environment due to its breathable properties
- The two layers sandwiching the absorbent central core strengthen the dressing and keep the polymers in place in the event of damage
- The cross-linked silicone wound contact layer does not adhere to the wound bed, minimizing pain upon removal or dressing change
- With its retention capacity, Duramax S dressing prevents maceration and irritation of the wound bed and periwound tissue due to exudate
- Dressing absorbs and locks in viscous exudate
- Unique 6-layer structure: Polypropylene and polyethylene film is permeable to water vapor, non-woven polypropylene layers, microperforated silicone contact layer for atraumatic removal, repositionable, comfortable for patients, super absorbent polymer absorbs and locks in exudate, even under compression
- Indicated for malodorous wounds with moderate to heavy exudate levels, including diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg and arterial ulcers, first- and second-degree burns, post-operative wounds and traumatic wounds

Special order items also require additional shipping time as these items are usually not stocked at our warehouses and require approximately 15-30 business days (or more depending on the product) for items to be received at our warehouse before it ships out. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused/unopened, contain all original parts and accessories, and in the original packaging material in which you received it.

- RESPIRATORY PRODUCTS. Due to Covid-19, all respiratory products are non-returnable.
- Products that are not in resalable condition
- Final sale or clearance items / Special order items
- Skin salves, ointments, creams, gels, lotions and wound care (bandages, dressings, etc)
- All IV/Blood collection, needles and syringes, feeding tubes and accessories, etc.
