Product Description
Southwest Technologies Elasto-Gel™ Circle Wound Dressing, 8" x 16" (20 cm x 40 cm).
Elasto-Gel™ Wound Dressings
Elasto-Gel™ is a unique patented bacteriostatic highly absorbent wound dressing that provides fast and comfortable dressing changes (due to its mildly adhesive properties). Elasto-Gel™will not dry out or stick to the wound.
Bacteriostatic: Elasto-Gel™ has been shown to be bacteriostatic and to reduce the level of bacteria compared to other wound dressings.
Highly Absorbent: Independent laboratory studies have shown that Elasto-Gel™ absorbs 3.5 times more exudate at 24 hours than commonly recognized high absorbent dressings. Elasto-Gel™ may be used in place of hydrocolloids, hydrogels and membrane dressings. Elasto-Gel™ will not replace alginates when quick absorption is indicated. Elasto-Gel™ absorbs exudate, protects the wound, promotes a moist wound environment, will not macerate healthy skin, and never dries out.
*** Elasto-Gel™ has not been proven to prevent infections at the wound site.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused/unopened, contain all original parts and accessories, and in the original packaging material in which you received it.
Certain items are not eligible for return. The non-returnable items include:

- Bathroom safety equipment, i.e., toilet frames, toilet seats, shower chairs, transfer benches, rehab shower commodes
- Mobility equipment and mobility equipment replacement parts, i.e. batteries, wheelchairs, wheelchair cushions, seats, rollators, walkers
- Hygiene-related products, including but not limited to undergarments, stockings/hose, ostomy/urostomy products, hernia belts, impotence pumps and parts, pessaries, pads, hand sanitizers, wipes, toilet paper
- RESPIRATORY PRODUCTS. Due to Covid-19, all respiratory products are non-returnable.
- Products that are not in resalable condition
- Final sale or clearance items / Special order items
- Skin salves, ointments, creams, gels, lotions and wound care (bandages, dressings, etc)
- All IV/Blood collection, needles and syringes, feeding tubes and accessories, etc.
